RSA Conference 2017 was a frenzy of lectures, exhibitors, and networking sessions, and buguroo was part of this whirlwind of activity. This time, we participated with our own stand, and launched our next-gen online fraud detection and protection solution, bugFraud Defense.
“Our participation at RSA was a gratifying experience. Over the course of three frenetic days, we met many interesting people involved in the realm of cybersecurity,” said Jesús Sánchez, CEO of buguroo. “We exchanged views on the importance of using online fraud protection and static and dynamic application security. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all the customers, partners, and attendees who visited the stand, interested in knowing about our solutions, bugFraud Defense, bugScout and bugBlast,” he added.
The highlight of our participation was the warm reception of bugFraud. It is evident that, living in an interconnected world, online fraud is one of the biggest threats a bank or enterprise may have to face nowadays. buguroo offers a comprehensive solution to help them fight back, counteracting attacks such as the man-in-the-browser (MiTB), phishing, form grabbing or session hijacking.
buguroo in forthcoming editions
Besides presenting bugFraud, we were involved in several activities. Many people got a complimentary assessment of code lines. And our founder and CTO, Pablo de la Riva, offered one-on-one sessions, where he talked about the latest black-market facts and figures, and how buguroo’s advanced technologies can protect companies and users from different online threats.
We look forward to coming back for future editions and repeat this exciting experience. Meanwhile, we will keep fighting against online fraud, backed with over 5 years of experience protecting banks and enterprises in Europe and Latam, and named Gartner Cool Vendor in 2016.
